Tablet Dissolution Test Apparatus, DS 8000+ w/ Syringe Pump

Tablet Dissolution Tester DS 8000+ with Syringe Pump comes with 6+2 vessel configuration through which the user can collect 10 X 6 or 16 X 6 sets of samples. This testing equipment also has the capability for more sampling interval, and for this purpose, 24 X 6 collection trays are also made available for the clients. Equipped with six vessels temperature monitoring system, the DS 8000+ with Syringe Pump automatically measures & records the temperature of the individual vessel at pre-determined sample points.

The positioning of the vials and the all the syringes and valves of DS 8000+ with Syringe Pump is such that it aids smooth changeover and also operates synchronously for parallel operation. The dissolution tester has 4-port Multi-Syringe Pump System that performs rinsing the sample tubing path, replenishing the blank media volume to vessels & sample dilution tasks. This tablet dissolution test apparatus has a built-in clean function which keeps the entire liquid path clean to ensure that there are no cross-contamination and carryover effects for the next run of testing.
